Earlier this week, comedian Katt Williams made headlines after he was caught on video punching a teenager and later getting choked out. During a stand-up set at the Barclays Center in New York Friday, Williams explained what led up to the incident.
Williams claimed that the fight started during a soccer game he played with neighborhood kids in Gainesville, Georgia when a 17-year-old 7th grader on the other team started talking trash to him.
Katt alleged that he tried reasoning with the kid at first, but later decided that it was better to resort to physical violence. And the part where Katt gets choked out? Well, apparently he let that happen.
